Drive the passive speakers in your rack.
Every passive speaker in your system waits on the amplifier behind it. The EP2000 is a stereo power amplifier developed for live use. It fits a 19" rack in two rack units, and its fan speed adjusts automatically.
Three ways to wire it
In 2-channel mode, each channel amplifies its own signal, for stereo playback or a monitor mix. Parallel mode feeds one input to both channels, each with its own amplification, filter and limiter. Mono-bridged mode combines both channels to drive a single 8-Ohm or 4-Ohm load.

Protection for your drivers
Clip limiters on both channels recognise distortion and lower the amplification. Switchable LF filters remove frequencies below 30 Hz or 50 Hz. Use 30 Hz for subwoofers and 50 Hz for broadband speakers.

Ready for bi-amping
With an active crossover, channel 1 can amplify the lows and channel 2 the highs of a 2-way speaker. Inputs are balanced XLR and ¼" TRS. Outputs are professional speaker connectors and touch-safe binding posts.
