Tonight the stage is small and so is the crew: you. Vocals, an acoustic guitar and a bass all need a place in the mix, and the passive speakers need power. The PMP550M mixes, adds effects and drives passive PA speakers from its MAIN outputs.
Plug in and set levels
Microphones connect to MIC inputs on XLR, and high impedance sources to LINE IN. A GAIN HI/LO button adjusts input sensitivity, and HIGH and LOW EQ shape the source on the channel. Turn MAIN LEVEL about half way, then set each channel with its LEVEL knob.

Press FX to engage the multi-FX processor and choose a preset with the FX PROGRAM knob. Presets run from Hall and Rich Plate to Tape Echo, Chorus and Flanger. TAP sets the tempo of time-based effects.
When the room starts to ring
Press FBQ FEEDBACK DETECTION and an LED lights on the graphic EQ slider at the feedback frequency. Lower that slider until the feedback stops. For wireless vocals, the DIGITAL WIRELESS USB input takes an optional dongle. It accepts signals from 2 independent Behringer ULM mics.
