Switch to the driven channel without bending down.
The verse wants your bass as it is. The chorus wants it rougher. On the BXD3000H, channel 2 blends in distortion as you turn GAIN 2 clockwise. The included footswitch moves you between the two channels.
Shape the rough channel
SHAPE chooses which frequencies are scooped out of your tone, on channel 2 only. LEVEL balances its volume against channel 1.
An EQ that shows you the problem
The FBQ EQUALIZER has 7 slide controls, each with up to 12 dB of boost or cut. Press FBQ and the slider LEDs show the energy in each band by their brightness.
Firmer and deeper on both channels
COMPRESSOR sets the compression intensity, and its ON button engages it for both channels. ULTRABASS adds ultra-low frequencies one octave below your bass signal, on either channel. The footswitch turns ULTRABASS on and off too.
Ready for the stage and the desk
The SPEAKER OUTPUT delivers 300 W into 4 Ω or 180 W into 8 Ω. The head weighs about 3.5 kg. A balanced XLR DIRECT OUTPUT feeds a mixing console. SEND and RETURN add an effects device. CD IN lets you play along with a CD or MP3 player, and PHONES takes headphones.
