Your acoustic, as if a microphone were listening.
A piezo pickup gets your acoustic into the mixing console, but it brings a timbre of its own. This DI and preamp adds tube and microphone emulation. Your guitar gets a natural sound with smooth saturation, as if it were being miked.
Tone at your fingertips
TREBLE governs the high frequencies within ±12 dB. BASS boosts or cuts the low frequencies by ±12 dB. MID boosts or cuts the mid range by ±12 dB. MID FREQ selects its frequency, from 170 Hz to 3.5 kHz. BLEND sets the emulation. Turn it back to hear more of the piezo character, or to reduce the compression.

One box for the desk and the amp
BAL OUT sends a balanced mic-level signal over XLR to the mixing console. The ¼" TS OUT feeds your guitar amp. If the XLR signal is too hot for the mixer's mic input, the -20 dB PAD lowers it. GND LIFT can remove hum or ground loops, depending on the connected equipment.

A stomp back to plain DI
The footswitch turns all tone functions on or off. With them off, it works as a standard transparent DI box. It runs on a 9 V battery and powers up when a plug enters the INPUT. You can also use a 9 V power supply, not included.
