Pick the amp, then decide where the mic goes.
A recorded guitar tone is the amp and the microphone together. TM300 puts both choices on one pedal. Combine 3 classic tube amps, 3 gain modes and 3 mic placements for 27 configurations. They run from clean and crunch to fat distortion.
Three amps, each with its own voice
The AMP switch selects TWEED for clear, transparent sounds with dynamic bass. BRIT gives aggressive mids and long sustain. CALIF is rounder and more even, and it suits leads. The MODE switch adds one of 3 gain settings: HOT, HI G or CLN. DRIVE sets the overdrive, while LOW and HIGH boost or cut the lows and highs.

Move the mic without moving a stand
The MIC switch simulates where the microphone sits in relation to the cabinet. CLSIC is a distant placement without ambience, with high midrange and clear note definition. CNTR is close to the centre of a cone, with more high mids and low end. OFF X sits at the cone edge for a smoother, softer sound, and pairs with HOT.

Plug in and it is on
There is no on/off switch: inserting the plug into IN turns the TM300 on. The footswitch switches the effect, and the ON/BATT LED doubles as a battery level indicator. Power it from a 9 V battery or a 9 V power supply, both not included.
