Vowel-like sweeps and emphasised overtones come from one auto wah pedal. Plug your guitar or other instrument into INST. Then choose the filter, its direction and its shape.
Three filters, two directions
MODE selects lo-pass, bandpass or hi-pass. DRIVE sets the direction: DOWN sweeps from high to low frequencies, UP sweeps upward. RANGE LOW emphasises vowel-like sounds, while HIGH emphasises overtones.
Gentle curve or sharp peak
PEAK sets the Q of the filter, from 1.5 to 14. A low setting gives a gentle curve with a subtle sound. A high setting gives a sharper, narrower curve with an accentuated sound. GAIN works as both volume and sensitivity control, with up to +40 dB.
Built for the signal chain
The input accepts levels up to +30 dBu. AMP connects to your amplifier or the next effect. The FX ON LED lights when the effect is active. Power comes from a 9 V / 100 mA adapter, not included.
