Amp channel and effects patch, one footswitch.
The solo is coming. You need the lead channel on the amp and a new patch on the effects unit, at the same moment. Juggling separate switches is how that moment goes wrong. The FCB1010 puts your amplifier and your MIDI effects under one floor of switches.
One press, the whole rig changes
Each preset can send 5 MIDI program change commands and 2 controllers at once. It also sets the two relay switch jacks that select channels on your amp. The effects follow over MIDI and the amp follows on the switch jacks, with no extra footswitch.
Two pedals for everything in between
Expression pedals A and B change controller values continuously. Set the MIDI channel, controller number and range for each. Program a preset to toggle a controller, for example effect bypass. On effects devices that accept MIDI notes, tap the tempo by pressing a preset in the rhythm of the music.
Programmed standing up, built for the road
Ten banks hold ten presets each, and everything can be programmed while standing. Back up your settings via MIDI SysEx. MIDI merge combines incoming data with the FCB1010's own. The power supply is built in, and the construction is rugged.
