Learn the patch by playing it.
Some synthesisers hide their wiring. Here the panel print shows the connections between modules that are pre-wired at the factory. When you want a different route, plug a 3.5 mm cable into the labelled jack. The pre-wired connection steps aside for yours.
Three oscillators, two filter circuits
Each of the 3 VCOs works in audio ranges or as a low frequency oscillator. Sync switches lock VCO 2, VCO 3 or both to VCO 1, so they follow its frequency. The 4-pole low-pass VCF has a MODE switch for two filter circuits, 4012 and 4072. Set RESONANCE to MAX and the filter rings on sharp pulses.

A real spring behind the mixer
The mixer feeds a real, on-board spring reverb. Pan the summed signal across the stereo field. The final left and right outputs each have ¼" and 3.5 mm jacks. A ring modulator, sample and hold, envelope follower and noise generator give you more to patch.

Played from a keyboard or a computer
MIDI IN takes data over 5-pin DIN from a MIDI keyboard, a hardware sequencer or a computer. MIDI covers 16 channels, and MIDI THRU passes the data on. Over USB, the synthesiser shows up as a class-compliant MIDI device. VOICE MODE plays one voice at a time (MONO) or two at once (DUO). It weighs 5.1 kg and runs from the supplied 12 V DC adapter.
