Set the melody with your hands, one knob per step.
Some patterns are easier to find by turning a knob than by clicking a grid. The 182 SEQUENCER lays every step out in front of you, in two columns of knobs. Each knob sets the control voltage for its step.
Two lines at once, or one long line
In PARALLEL mode, each step holds two independent voltages, for sequences of up to 8 steps. CV OUT-1 and CV OUT-2 each carry their own column. In SERIES mode, the two columns play one after the other, for sequences of up to 16 steps.

Timing with a pulse of its own
TEMPO sets the step speed, from 0.14 Hz to 33 Hz. Patch CV OUT-1 or CV OUT-2 back into TEMPO CV IN, and each step gets its own timing. GATE TIME sets the duty cycle from 10% to 90%. DELAY glides to the next step voltage over 0 to 10 seconds, on CV OUT-1 only.

Plays with the rest of your rack
GATE OUT sends a gate for every step, and TRIG OUT fires when the sequence reaches its end step. In the middle STEP setting, each trigger at TRIG IN advances one step. REPEAT loops the sequence and SINGLE stops it after one cycle. The power cable and mounting screws are included, and the module takes 16 HP.
