SYSTEM 35

Complete modular synthesiser with 25 modules, a MIDI-to-CV converter and a EURORACK GO case

Händler finden SYSTEM 35 (0720-ACT)

A modular big enough to build sounds in layers.

Some sounds need more than one oscillator and one filter. Think of an organ with a percussive edge, or a lead whose timbre keeps moving. System 35 gives you 25 modules in two rows, housed in a EURORACK GO case.

Oscillators, filters and envelopes in two rows

The top row holds two 921A oscillator drivers, four 921B VCOs and a 921 VCO/LFO. Beside them sit the 914 Fixed Filter Bank, the 923 Filters and Noise Sources and the 904A and 904B filters. The bottom row adds three 911 envelope generators and three 902 VCAs. CP3A-O and CP3A-M modules, the CP35 and the 961 Interface complete it.

Patches that stack voices

In Mellow Organ, three 921Bs mix triangle, square and sine waves through the 914. A fourth 921B and the 904A add a tuned percussive sound on key press. Pink noise through the 904B adds an untuned one.

Leads that move as you play

An external MIDI keyboard sends pitch and triggers through the CM1A MIDI interface. Expressive Lead #2 applies pulse width modulation to two 921Bs, one slightly detuned. Its timbre changes constantly with the 921 sine wave. Percussive Lead is a simple two-oscillator sound that also suits melodic sequencing. The guide recommends 30 minutes or more of warm-up for the precision circuits.
