You think in frets and strings, not in keys. This module listens to a guitar, bass or microphone and turns the notes into control signals. Your synths then follow what you play.
Three ways out
CV OUT sends a 1 V/octave control voltage to modules such as VCOs. GATE OUT triggers modules such as envelope generators. The same notes leave as MIDI from the 5-pin DIN socket and as USB MIDI.
Bend it, or keep it straight
With BEND off, the CV and MIDI outputs quantise to the nearest semitone. Settings 1 and 2 allow a bend of one or two semitones, with MIDI pitchbend messages. In these modes, the level meter also works as a tuner.
Keep your own sound
DRY THRU outputs the unprocessed signal at the input level. Add your effects there, after tracking. The PP1 is a monophonic tracker, so play single notes cleanly; chords give uneven results. It is 10 HP wide.
