Ten drum lanes for the modules in your case.
Your rack already has the voices. What it needs is a drummer to play them. This sequencer drives ten tracks, each with its own trigger output on a 3.5 mm jack.
Program it like a drum machine
Build patterns of up to 64 steps, set in blocks of 16. Assemble patterns into songs. Step size runs from 1/8 to 1/32 notes, with triplet settings in between. Accents can go on any beat, with their own TS 3.5 mm outputs.

Grooves that never quite repeat
Set the probability of a step sounding, from 0% to 100%. Add a flam to any step, like a drummer hitting with two sticks. Put a ratchet on any step, or mark steps for random triggers. Give each track its own last step for polymetric rhythms.

Sync and MIDI, in and out, plus CV
SYNC IN and SYNC OUT use 3.5 mm TRS jacks. MIDI IN and MIDI OUT use 5-pin DIN, and MIDI also runs over USB-C. MAP maps MIDI notes to the sequencer tracks. Mapped notes also cause triggers from their respective trigger outputs. CV OUT controls external processing for whatever voice sources the RS-9 is controlling. To record CV, select a trigger output. Then, in step record mode with the pattern playing, turn the level control.
