KXD12

4-channel keyboard amplifier and PA system with Turbosound speaker, Klark Teknik multi-FX and FBQ feedback detection

Händler finden KXD12 (0721-AAH)

Your keyboards and your voice, through one amp.

Few keyboard players bring just one sound. The KXD12 takes a microphone on channel 1 and stereo line sources on channels 2 to 4. Sing and play through one amplifier, with effects and a graphic EQ already inside.

A vocal channel with phantom power

Channel 1 has an XLR input alongside two ¼" TS jacks. The XLR offers +15 V phantom power for condenser microphones. You can use both at once, and the channel 1 LEVEL control sets both.

Find the frequency that feeds back

Press FBQ and the brightly lit fader LEDs on the graphic EQ show the frequencies causing feedback. Lower that band until the LED goes out. The EQ has seven bands, from 63 Hz to 16 kHz, with ±12 dB. SHAPE adds clarity and definition in noisy rooms.

Effects for each channel

Each channel has an FX control feeding the Klark Teknik processor, with reverb, chorus, delay and pitch shifter. Turn PROGRAM to scroll the patches and push to select. An optional footswitch activates and deactivates the effects processor.

Connect the rest of the gig

LINE OUT sends a post-EQ signal to a mixing console on XLR. SUB OUT feeds an active subwoofer. STEREO LINK connects a second ULTRATONE for true stereo. The KXD12 covers 42 Hz to 20 kHz and weighs 18.3 kg.
