X-TOUCH COMPACT

USB/MIDI controller with 9 touch-sensitive motorised faders, 16 push encoders and 39 illuminated buttons

Händler finden X-TOUCH COMPACT (0808-AAE)

Ride the vocal with a real fader.

The chorus comes in and the vocal needs a little more. Dragging a small on-screen fader with a mouse is a slow way to follow it. X-TOUCH COMPACT gives your DAW and software instruments real controls. Levels, pans and sounds move under your fingers while you listen.

Faders for the mix, knobs for the detail

Eight touch-sensitive, motorised 100 mm channel faders and a master take the fine level moves. Sixteen push encoders, each with a 13-segment LED ring, handle pan, level and EQ. Illuminated buttons cover solo, mute and transport.

From mixing to playing

Layer A is set up for mixer control and layer B for instruments. Mackie Control mode brings its own assignments. Load a virtual organ and the faders become drawbars. The X-TOUCH editor software edits the MIDI functions and stores your presets on the computer.

No computer on stage

Without a USB connection, it runs stand-alone as a trigger controller for live shows. Nine buttons fire samples or switch a spotlight on and off. The 5-pin MIDI output talks to your hardware. Inputs take an optional expression pedal and footswitch. In the studio it is USB class compliant, with no driver to install. On stage or at the desk, the vocal rides on a real fader.
