PPA200

5-channel powered mixer in a case that holds its left and right speakers, with Klark Teknik multi-FX and FBQ

Where to buy PPA200 (0313-AFE)

Open the lid, lift out the speakers, start talking.

Someone has to set up the sound, and today it is you. The PPA200 keeps the mixer and its speakers together in one case. Set-up starts by opening the lid.

Everything travels together

Prop the lid open with the built-in brace and lift the speakers out of their grooves. Place them on either side of the stage, facing the audience. The accessory pouch holds speaker cables, a microphone with clip and cable, and the power cable. The PPA200 weighs 12 kg.

Five channels for voices, guitar and music

Plug the included microphone into channel 1 or 2. The XLR inputs have phantom power for condenser microphones. Channel 3 takes a guitar at its MIC/INST input, and a keyboard can go into any LINE IN. Channels 4/5 accept a CD or MP3 player over stereo RCA, with a mini-plug adapter included. An optional Behringer wireless microphone receiver plugs into the DIGITAL WIRELESS USB input.

See which frequency is feeding back

If feedback starts, press EQ and FBQ. An LED lights on the slider of the 7-band graphic EQ that matches the frequency. Lower that slider until the feedback stops. The Klark Teknik multi-FX processor adds reverb, chorus, flanger or delay to channels with their FX knob turned up.
