You sing, you play, and there is no sound engineer tonight. The B205D works as a personal monitor or as a main speaker. Its amplifier delivers 125 watts RMS and 150 watts peak into 6 Ω.
Voice, instrument and music in one speaker
Channels 1 and 2 are combination jacks for XLR, balanced ¼" TRS or unbalanced ¼" TS connectors. Each has its own LEVEL knob. Press INSTRUMENT to optimise channel 1 for an instrument with a ¼" TS plug. The CD INPUT RCA jacks take a CD or MP3 player, a DJ mixer or another line-level source.
Shape it for the room
The HIGH, MID and LOW knobs cut or boost treble, mid and bass by up to 15 dB. An optical limiter is built in. Maximum output is 113 dB SPL at 1 m. Mount it on a stand, using a mic stand adapter and thread adapter, sold separately.
Room for a second speaker
THRU sends the signal on to another speaker over a balanced XLR cable, with its own LEVEL control. MAIN IN accepts that THRU signal from another speaker on XLR or balanced ¼" TRS.
