Your own mix, right at your feet.
A singer-songwriter has to hear the voice and the guitar, while the audience hears the show. The F1220D works as the floor monitor, linked to a pole-mounted speaker for the audience.
Mic and line, each with a knob
MIC IN accepts balanced signals on XLR, such as microphones. LINE IN takes balanced line-level signals on XLR, such as mixer outputs or instruments through a DI box. MIC LEVEL and LINE LEVEL set each one. EQ knobs boost or cut low, middle and high frequencies by 15 dB.

A filter aimed at the ring
Turn on the FEEDBACK FILTER and its LED lights. FREQ sets its centre frequency from 350 Hz to 6 kHz. The filter reduces the level by 15 dB. MIX OUT passes the input signal on with no processing applied, for example to a second F1220D.

Wood, steel and a pole socket
The trapezoidal wooden enclosure sits behind a perforated steel grille. A dual-angle 30 mm pole mount socket lets it work on a pole as well. It weighs 10.7 kg.
