Mixing at home, the kick and bass deserve a speaker of their own. This studio subwoofer adds a high excursion woofer to your system. Its frequency response is 40 Hz to 150 Hz.
In line with your monitors
Two balanced XLR inputs and two unbalanced RCA inputs take your audio source. The subwoofer plays a mono sum of the left and right inputs. Matching thru outputs send full-range copies of each input signal onwards.
Match it to the speakers you have
CROSSOVER adjusts from 40 to 150 Hz. Set it to match the K5, K6 or K8 monitors, or other speakers in your system. PHASE reverses the output phase, 0 or -180 degrees, to compensate for frequency cancellation.
Find its place in the room
Experiment with its position, such as in the corners or near the walls. Start with LEVEL at the centre (0 dB) position. If required, adjust it and the monitor INPUT TRIM knob for a good balance. It measures 394 x 356 x 404 mm and weighs 17.4 kg. The power cable is included.
