The XM8500 is a dynamic vocal microphone with a presence rise tuned for the voice. Its cardioid pickup keeps background noise and feedback down. A very high signal output lets your voice cut through.
Heard over the band
A 50 Hz to 15 kHz response covers the body and presence of a live vocal. A shock mount system cuts handling noise when you move with the microphone. The integrated spherical filter tames wind and breath pops, so you can sing close.
Ready for the next gig
It weighs about 240 g and connects to your mixer over a gold-plated XLR. An impact-resistant carrying case and a stand adapter come in the box. Clip it to a stand for the set, or hold it and move with the song.
