When the room starts to ring, a fader lights up.
On Sunday morning or school concert night, the person at the mixer is often a volunteer. Feedback is the sound they fear most. The X1222USB helps them find it fast and get the mix back.
Feedback, pointed out for you
Turn on the graphic EQ and the FBQ Feedback Detection System. LEDs in the 7-band EQ faders show the critical frequencies. Lower that band a little to avoid feedback. Wedges ringing? Place the EQ in the monitor bus and do the same there.

A compressor on every mono channel
Each mono channel has a built-in compressor that squashes loud peaks and lifts quiet sections. Its 3-band British EQ gives up to 15 dB of boost or cut. The 80 Hz low cut removes unwanted low frequencies. Switchable +48 V phantom power serves condenser microphones.

Monitors, effects and music for the break
The MON send is pre-fader, so the stage mix stays put when you move a channel fader. The built-in effects processor offers 16 presets of reverb, delay and modulation. During a break, STANDBY mutes all channels with a mic connector, and music from a CD can still play. Over USB, a computer receives the main mix in stereo.
