Grow from a single voice to a chain of synths.
A bass line needs one voice, and a chord needs more. The JT-2 plays monophonic, or two notes in paraphonic mode. Connect several JT-2s in a Poly Chain, set up in the SynthTribe app, and they play polyphonic sounds.
Filters that work from both ends
SOURCE MIX balances VCO 1 and VCO 2 going into the filters. Set the high-pass cutoff, then shape the main low-pass filter with resonance. Its slope switches between 12 and 24 dB/octave, for a more pronounced effect.
Arpeggios on your clock
The arpeggiator covers 1 to 4 octaves, in random, up, down, or up-and-down order. Clock it internally or from USB, MIDI or a trigger at SYNC IN. HOLD lets a note or arpeggio keep running with your hands off the keys.
Ready for a modular rig
Pitch CV, gate, filter CV and sync inputs sit on 3.5 mm jacks, with 1 V/octave pitch control. Prefer a rack? An experienced service technician can move the JT-2 from its chassis into your Eurorack case, which is not supplied.
